About one million euros is the estimated investment that Belmonte Sinai Hotel intends to make next year to start the expansion project, which includes 24 new rooms, spa, gym and two outdoor and indoor pools , heated, which will also be available to the public.

Ricardo Abreu, the director of the Belmontense hotel unit, thus confirms the first information given by the mayor António Dias Rocha at the last executive meeting.

The architecture project has already entered the services of the Chamber and should soon receive approval. “Then we will try to formalize the application for a community support program that is still open until the end of the year,” explains Ricardo Abreu, adding that by 2021 the work could be completed.
